Public API

HTTP endpoints for capture, listing and integrations.

Automate GTDEasy from any tool that speaks HTTP.

Authentication

Generate an API key from Admin → Integrations → API Keys and pass it as a Bearer token:

Authorization: Bearer ak_your_api_key_here

Capture a task

POST https://gtdeasy.com/api/public/tasks/capture

Body: { "title": "Call the plumber" }

Other endpoints

  • GET /api/public/tasks/inbox-count: count for widgets.
  • GET /api/public/projects: list your projects.
  • GET /api/public/contexts: list your contexts.

Keys are personal and can be revoked at any time. See also API keys.
