Voice capture

Add tasks with Siri or Google Assistant.

GTDEasy exposes a public capture API you can call from a Siri Shortcut (iPhone) or an Android routine. Say "Hey Siri, capture task" and dictate: it lands in your Inbox.

Setting it up

  1. Create an API key in your account settings. See API keys.
  2. Add a Siri Shortcut that sends the dictated text to the capture endpoint. See Public API.
  3. Trigger it by voice; the task appears in your Inbox.
