My inbox count doesn't match what I see.

The badge counts only currently-active tasks (start date not in the future). Postponed items are hidden until their start date arrives.

I deleted a task by mistake.

Open Trash, find it and restore. Trash keeps items for 30 days.

A delegated task disappeared.

Delegated tasks live in Delegations. If the assignee declined, it comes back to your Inbox.

My integration stopped syncing.

Open the integration card in Admin and click Sync now. If tokens expired, reconnect the account.

Can I undo completing or trashing a task?

Yes: a 3-second Undo appears in a toast. Nothing is written until it expires, so undoing leaves no trace.

How do I quickly rename a task?

Double-click its title in any list to edit it inline. Enter saves, Esc cancels.

What's the difference between "unassigned" and "assigned"?

An unassigned task belongs to its creator by default and can be claimed by any project member; an assigned task has an explicit owner. See Creator, owner and assignment.
