Gmail integration

Turn starred or labeled emails into tasks automatically.

Connect your Gmail account and GTDEasy will scan for a label (default: GTD) and create a task for every message that has it. Reply and clear the label from your inbox as you triage.

Setup

  1. Go to Admin → Integrations → Gmail.
  2. Click Connect and authorize Google.
  3. Pick which label to watch (create one in Gmail if needed).
Prefer the pull model to forwarding: it also lets you re-open the original message from any task.
