Sharing projects

Roles, permissions and who sees what.

Any project can be shared with individual people or entire teams. Sharing lives on the project, not on individual tasks.

Roles

Viewer: can see all tasks and notes.
Editor: can also add, edit and complete tasks.

Managing access

Open the project, tap Edit and use the Shared with section. Add or remove people and teams; changes apply immediately.

Only people with real access to the project can be assigned its tasks. The current owner or any editor can reassign. See Creator, owner and assignment.

Tasks you delegate to someone are visible to them even if you haven't shared the whole project.
